A. The industry standard is 2 - 4 weeks. Kager has machined and shipped parts overnight, however they prefer a three day turnaround time. It depends on the complexity of the part and the quantity desired.

A. They will fill an order as small as 1 part up to unlimited quantities.

Q. In case of a breakdown, where does Kager get their equipment serviced?

A. All of Kager's equipment is serviced in-house. All tooling is also available in-house. Also available—next day replacement parts by machine manufacturers, if necessary.

Q. What is Kager's safety record?

A. Kager has had no lost time injuries. Plant safety is their number one concern.

* Kager Ind. has been inspected by the Texas Water Commission and by OSHA, who recommended that Kager Ind. be used as a beta site for other machine shops. OSHA commented that Mr. Kager has one of the finest machine shops, anywhere.
